Serving God with your hands...

Serving God with your feet...

Serving God with your eyes...

Serving God with your ears...

Serving God with your mouth...

What a great success...

This year was our first try at a one day Vacation Bible School event- Super Saturday!
And it sure was super!  All of the classes were split into 5 different ways to serve God and the children rotated to each work station.  Jeremy and Shay kept everyone busy with outdoor events, and Wade and Sue (with RC's help) kept us all full of good food.

RC kept us all organized

And poor Wade had to travel
all the way to South Carolina
to get us some good watermelons

Classroom pictures:

Robert and Wayne were in charge of the topic of the mouth. And what a perfect topic for Robert (the mouth) to teach.

Becky however let us know that we have two ears and one mouth for a reason. I wonder if Robert ever learned that lesson. Sometimes it is better to listen for God, than to talk over him.

Ed and Edwina let us know that there is more we can do with our hands than just fold them in prayer. God has a lot of actions we can do to be pleasing with our hands.

Shelia took on the task of showing us how to "walk as Jesus did"  Have you ever thought of how to serve God with your feet?

And Angie, and Leslie showed us that what you "see" can make a big impact on what you do.  And from looking around us we could see God's blessings everywhere.

More Pictures...

Lara, Annie, and Alda took care of all of the crafts and Jeremy and Shay kept everyone busy outside with lots of fun and games.

Thank you to everyone who made this years VBS a great success!
