Southeast Children's Home Presentation
What a Beautiful Day!
This Sunday we were blessed to have some people from Southeastern Children's home come speak to us after services about the help they provide to troubled children. At any given time more than 5,000 children in South Carolina live away from their families in some type of out of home care. Southeastern children's home makes it their goal to give these children and the children from their entire region a place of hope.
Jeff Hibbs and his wife Sandi went out from our congregation to be house parents at Southeastern children's home, and Jeff returned with Robert Kimberly the Executive Director of the home to tell us more about it.
Southeastern Children's home is Located in Duncan South Carolina, and offers residential care, independant living, foster care, adoption placement, and also counseling services.
Here we have Jeff working real hard to set a good example.
Everyone had a good time, and of course their was much conversation to follow.
Attached are some pictures taken during and after the event.
